Role Description The AI Product & Technology Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR / Hybrid.



This role is responsible for building the next generation AI-powered Wedding Planning Intelligence PLATFORM and Workflow Automation. The role includes overseeing solution design, managing technical implementation, coordinating with internal developers and external partners, and ensuring timely, high-quality product releases.

The AI Product & Technology Lead will also track performance metrics, optimize user experience, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all AI initiatives align with brand values, data privacy standards, and business goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for 3-8 years of experience in one or more of:

- Generative AI / LLM applications
- AI Agents & Agentic Workflows platform
- SaaS / Workflow Automation
- Product Engineering
- APIs & third-party integrations
- Python / Node.js / modern web technologies
- AI orchestration, RAG, vector databases and automation frameworks
