About Critter Society

Critter Society is our new pet wellness brand building products to help pets live healthier, happier lives.

We're looking for an AI-native Performance Marketer to find winning customer insights, angles and hooks, turn them into high-performing static and video ads, and then launch, test and scale them through paid media.

You'll help decide what we say, how we say it, what we test, and how we scale what works.

What You'll Do:

- ⁠ ⁠Research customers through Reddit, reviews, comments, competitors and online communities.
- ⁠ ⁠Find new customer insights, pain points, desires, personas and advertising angles.
- ⁠ ⁠Turn insights into hooks, concepts, scripts and ad creatives.
- ⁠ ⁠Create and iterate static ads for Meta.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop UGC, short-form video and direct-response video creatives.
- ⁠ ⁠Use AI heavily for research, ideation and production using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway and ElevenLabs.
- ⁠ ⁠Use AI to take ideas from research → static → video → finished ad, without depending on a large creative team.
- ⁠ ⁠Study winning ads and competitors to understand why they work.
- ⁠ ⁠Launch and manage paid campaigns primarily across Meta Ads.
- ⁠ ⁠Build campaign structures and manage creative testing, budgets, audiences and bidding strategies.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
- ⁠ ⁠Identify winning creatives, angles, hooks and audiences, and scale them profitably.
- ⁠ ⁠Diagnose why campaigns or creatives are underperforming and decide what to change next.
- ⁠ ⁠Turn winning creatives into multiple new iterations, variations and experiments.
- ⁠ ⁠Use media-buying data to continuously improve the next round of creative.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor Pixel/CAPI, conversion events, attribution and funnel performance.




- ⁠ ⁠Continuously discover new AI tools, advertising strategies and creative workflows that allow us to create and test better ads, faster.

Who We're Looking For:

- Someone who is creative, curious, analytical and extremely internet-native.
- You should:
- ⁠ ⁠Understand direct-response advertising and consumer psychology.
- ⁠ ⁠Have strong creative taste and copywriting instincts.
- ⁠ ⁠Understand what makes people stop, watch, click and buy.
- ⁠ ⁠Be comfortable creating both static and video ads using AI.
- ⁠ ⁠Be obsessed with experimenting with AI creative tools.
- ⁠ ⁠Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- ⁠ ⁠Understand campaign structures, creative testing, optimization and scaling.
- ⁠ ⁠Be comfortable reading CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA and ROAS and making decisions from them.
- ⁠ ⁠Understand the relationship between creative performance, landing pages, offers and media buying.
- ⁠ ⁠Move fast and be comfortable testing lots of ideas.
- ⁠ ⁠Take ownership rather than wait for detailed briefs.
- Experience with DTC, e-commerce, Meta Ads, performance marketing, supplements, wellness or pet brands is a plus.
- You don't need to be an expert designer or video editor. We're looking for someone who can use AI + creative thinking + media buying to take an idea from customer research all the way to a profitable ad campaign.
