About the Role

Manju Groups is looking for a talented and innovative AI/ML & Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Python.

The candidate will work on developing intelligent applications, AI automation solutions, predictive models, and Generative AI-based products that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Work with models and APIs from platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and knowledge-based AI systems.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and semantic search.
- Develop and implement effective prompt engineering strategies for LLM applications.
- Fine-tune or customize AI models when required for specific business use cases.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and evaluation.
- Develop predictive models and intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML models with existing applications, APIs, and business systems.
- Evaluate model performance, accuracy, reliability, latency, and scalability.
- Monitor deployed models and continuously improve their performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with software developers, UI/UX designers, product teams, and business teams.
- Research emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, AI agents, and Machine Learning.
- Maintain technical documentation for AI models, pipelines, APIs, and implementations.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong programming knowledge in Python.




- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with AI/ML APIs and SDKs.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development practices.

Good to Have

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of AI Agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with multimodal AI, including text, image, audio, or video models.
- Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment.
- Experience with SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI.
- Experience building and deploying production-ready AI applications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and work with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
