Role Description The AI/ML/IoT/Business/Entrepreneurship/Green Innovation Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This trainer will design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning sessions for school students on topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things, startup fundamentals, business models, and sustainability-focused innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content aligned with FuturePro Skill curricula, conducting interactive workshops, guiding students through projects and experiments, and assessing learning outcomes.

The trainer will collaborate with school faculty to integrate industrial, project-based learning into existing academic programs, and provide feedback to improve modules and teaching methodologies.



The role also involves staying updated with industry trends, participating in training sessions, and occasionally coordinating with external experts and partners to enhance student exposure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in AI and ML (e.g., basic algorithms, data handling, model-building fundamentals) and familiarity with relevant tools or programming languages.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of IoT concepts (e.g., sensors, microcontrollers, connectivity) and experience with prototyping or implementing IoT-based projects.
- Candidates should possess business and entrepreneurship skills, including understanding of business models, market research, pitching, and basic financial or startup concepts.
- Candidates should possess awareness of green innovation and sustainability, including climate action themes, circular economy concepts, and environmentally responsible project design.
- Candidates should possess strong training and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex topics simply, manage classrooms, and engage school-age learners through interactive activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess curriculum development or instructional design abilities, such as structuring modules, creating project briefs, and designing assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
