About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and moƟvated AI/ML Engineer and Python Developer with experƟse in Natural Language Processing (NLP), GeneraƟve AI, and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate will design and deploy intelligent systems, leveraging frameworks like Django, Flask, and LangChain for cuƫng-edge AI/ML applicaƟons. This role requires a balance of technical experƟse, creaƟvity, and problem-solving skills to build innovaƟve soluƟons that deliver impacƞul results.

Responsibilities

Key ResponsibiliƟes

- AI/ML Development:
- Design, train, and opƟmize AI/ML models for tasks such as text extracƟon, spam detecƟon, and predicƟve analyƟcs.
- Develop NLP algorithms and advanced generaƟve models for real-world applicaƟons.
- UƟlize pre-trained models and fine-tune architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Implement and opƟmize vector search mechanisms and data augmentaƟon techniques for improved model performance.
- - Full-Stack Development:
- Develop robust web applicaƟons using frameworks like Django and Flask, integraƟng with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Build REST APIs with authenƟcaƟon and role-based access control for secure and scalable systems.
- Work with cloud plaƞorms (AWS, Google Cloud) and tools like Docker for deploying and managing applicaƟons.
- - InnovaƟve Project ExecuƟon:




- Use LangChain and LLMs to develop intelligent soluƟons such as mulƟlingual chatbots and email content generators.
- Collaborate on projects involving RAG-based chatbots, custom payment gateway integraƟons, and mulƟlingual support systems.
- Contribute to innovaƟve projects, including emoƟon detecƟon, resume ranking systems, and more.

- Qualifications

EducaƟonal Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Python and experience with JavaScript.
- Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning (GeneraƟve AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Neural Networks).
- Familiarity with frameworks: LangChain, Django, Flask, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Database management experƟse with PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone).
- Strong experience in cloud plaƞorms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerizaƟon tools (Docker).
- Excellent understanding of API development, JWT authenƟcaƟon, and payment gateway integraƟon.

Preferred Skills

Preferred QualificaƟons

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, and other LLM tools.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in agile environments.
- Prior experience in EDA and implemenƟng machine learning soluƟons for complex data.
