AI Developer – AI Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer to build and deploy AI-powered solutions including chatbots, voice agents, OCR, predictive AI, and business automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Build AI chatbots and voice agents for sales, support, lead qualification, and business processes.
- Develop AI automation workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, CRMs, databases, and third-party tools.
- Build OCR/document AI solutions for document extraction, classification, and data processing.
- Develop predictive AI/ML models for forecasting, scoring, classification, and recommendations.
- Work with OpenAI, Claude, RAG, AI Agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Prepare and manage datasets for AI training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS and Azure.




- Build POCs and take successful solutions into production.
- Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost.

Ideal Candidate Someone who can independently take a business requirement → AI POC → production solution and is comfortable working across Generative AI, ML, Voice AI, OCR, and automation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
