About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer III to join our engineering team and work on building, scaling, and deploying AI/ML solutions for our products. The role requires solid hands-on engineering skills along with the ability to take AI solutions from experimentation to production.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions.
- Work on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-powered applications.
- Build and optimize ML pipelines and AI services for scalability and reliability.
- Work with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Develop solutions involving LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systems.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and relevant retrieval techniques.
- Experiment with different models, evaluate their performance, and optimize solutions for production use cases.
- Build APIs and backend services to integrate AI/ML capabilities into products.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor, debug, and continuously improve AI/ML systems in production.
- Contribute to technical architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering,



or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS, or similar.
- Good understanding of embeddings, semantic search, retrieval, chunking, reranking, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML applications in production.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.
- Experience with Docker and AWS/cloud environments.
- Good understanding of ML model evaluation, performance optimization, and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and system-design skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
- Experience with LangGraph or multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with Fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or model adaptation.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, or other distributed systems.
- Experience working with high-scale consumer products, gaming, fintech, or real-time systems.
