Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and engage AI/LLM engineers, researchers, and product leads across LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, and niche AI forums.
- Build candidate pipelines for GenAI, LLM, NLP, and ML roles using technical screening frameworks (coding, architecture, and research evaluation).
- Partner with hiring managers to translate ambiguous job requirements into precise, keyword-optimized job briefs.
- Run technical assessments, reference checks, and salary benchmarking for AI roles with market-rate accuracy.
- Own candidate experience from first touch to offer close—build trust, set expectations, and reduce drop-offs.




- Track and report on funnel metrics (source-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance) to continuously optimize recruitment strategy.
