About the Role

Astron Technologies is looking for an experienced AI & Full Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications, APIs, AI-powered solutions, and intelligent automation systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, backend architecture, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI/GenAI technologies. You will be responsible for developing products end-to-end, from architecture and APIs to frontend interfaces, AI integrations, deployment, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, Python, and FastAPI.
- Develop modern and responsive frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Work with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Supabase.
- Develop and integrate AI/GenAI applications, LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and vector databases.
- Design AI-powered workflows and automation using n8n.
- Work with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Socket.io for caching, messaging, event-driven systems, and real-time applications.
- Develop mobile applications using React Native and Expo where required.
- Implement authentication, authorization, API integrations, and secure application architecture.
- Use Git & GitHub extensively for version control, collaboration, branching, pull requests, and code management.
- Containerize applications using Docker and work with Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and GCP.
- Work comfortably with Ubuntu/Linux environments, server configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and business teams to convert requirements into working technology solutions.
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Full Stack Development and/or AI Engineering.
- Strong hands-on programming and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade applications.
- Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and system design.
- Practical experience with AI/LLM-based applications is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
