Education Background:

Diploma in Manufacturing / Aerospace / Automotive / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or B.Tech in similar lines.

Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Description:

- The role is open to early-career candidates who ventured into digital/automation testing with strong background in manufacturing or equipment maintenance phases. A combination of industrial experience and emerging digital/cloud skills is valued over extensive experience in any single technology.
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud-based applications, and IT service operations.
- Understanding of software QA, testing methodologies, performance/load testing, and service monitoring.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, logs, dashboards, alerts, and basic troubleshooting.




- Basic understanding of LLM/AI services and their integration into cloud applications; experience monitoring AI/LLM services is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as AWS/Azure/GCP, monitoring platforms, API testing tools, or scripting is desirable.
- Prior experience in a factory, production, assembly-line, automotive, aircraft, cranes, or heavy machinery workplace would be highly valuable.

Other Skills & Competencies:

- People who have transitioned from industrial/production roles into software, cloud, automation, or digital technologies are highly preferred.
- Interest in robotics, automation, IoT, embedded systems, or Physical AI would be an advantage.
