About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation / GENAI Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise automation and AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation systems, integrating AI-powered functionalities, and managing large-scale data workflows across global environments.

The role demands a blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive operational efficiency and technological advancement.

Qualifications

- 5–7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, automation, or related fields.
- Solid foundation in computer science or engineering principles.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying production-grade applications and automation solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms,



data engineering, and modern AI/GenAI frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C#/.NET.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and infrastructure management using Terraform.
- Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and SQL, particularly Snowflake, with skills in performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab or similar tools.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation systems and AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs.
- Create and manage data pipelines, workflows, and orchestration using Apache Airflow and other tools.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
- Develop production-grade applications utilizing Python, C#, and relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into solutions.
- Optimize database queries and data storage solutions, particularly within Snowflake, for performance and scalability.




- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including provisioning, security, and cost management.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and updates of applications and automation workflows.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
