Job Title: Software Engineer AI Engineer / Python Experience

- 5 7 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade applications using Python.

Key Responsibilities &
- Technical Skills

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs using Python and FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of asynchronous programming, API architecture, testing, and backend development best practices.
- Build and deploy production-ready GenAI applications using LangChain and LangGraph, with hands-on experience in:
- State management
- Custom tools and tool integration
- Memory management
- Human-in-the-loop workflows

- Integrate and work with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI.
- Implement function/tool calling and structured output to build reliable LLM-powered applications.
- Develop end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including:

- Data ingestion and preprocessing
- Embedding generation
- Vector database/search implementation
- Retrieval optimization and quality tuning

- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, designing and modelling data structures to support application and AI/retrieval use cases.




- Develop and maintain functional front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript, with the ability to independently build and enhance user-facing features.
- Containerize applications using Docker and follow best practices for source control and collaborative development using Git.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support application deployment across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve AI-powered software solutions.
