Role Description The AI Flutter Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications that integrate AI features such as NLP, pattern recognition, and neural network–powered functionalities. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient Dart code, implementing AI models and APIs, collaborating with designers and product teams to translate requirements into robust app features, and optimizing performance across Android and iOS platforms.

The AI Flutter Developer will also be responsible for debugging issues, conducting code reviews,



documenting technical solutions, and staying current with emerging AI and Flutter best practices to enhance application capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in AI-related concepts such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for implementing intelligent app features.
- Experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools to build conversational or text-processing functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile app development, including integration of RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Surat, with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile development practices, and mobile application deployment processes.
- Experience in integrating backend services, cloud platforms, or ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile) is an advantage.
