We're hiring an AI Enablement Specialist to embed AI (primarily Claude) into how our firm works day to day. You'll design, build, and roll out AI-powered workflows and Projects in Claude that automate the manual work behind our five mandates — analysis, drafting, monitoring, compliance and reporting — so our advisors can focus on high-value judgment and relationships.

This is a build-first role that sits at the intersection of finance and technology. We need person with Finance Background with Specialisation in AI & Prompt Engineering (As post qualification experience )

What You'll Do

- Map the recurring, manual workflows across our mandates and identify where AI can save the most time.
- Design and build reusable Claude Projects, prompt libraries, and templates tailored to our work and terminology.
- Write, test, and refine high-quality prompts (prompt engineering) for accuracy, consistency and reliability — the standard our clients and lenders expect.
- Roll these tools out to the team, train colleagues, and drive real adoption.
- Set up strong guardrails for data confidentiality and quality control — critical given the sensitive client, banking and financial data we handle.
- Measure impact (time saved, output quality) and continuously improve.
- Stay current on AI capabilities and bring new ideas to the firm.

- An assistant that turns tax-optimised financials into bank-ready and investor-ready narratives, and helps prepare CMA data and credit proposals.
- A financial statement analysis helper — ratio analysis, DSCR, working-capital and drawing-power checks, and performance-vs-plan monitoring.
- A covenant tracking & compliance assistant that flags upcoming obligations, renewals and post-sanction requirements across lenders.
- A lender-relationship toolkit — negotiation prep, rate/terms benchmarking across banks and NBFCs, and follow-up drafting.
- Consulting CFO / MIS reporting — monthly dashboards, board notes and liquidity/capital-allocation summaries.
- A client onboarding diagnostic that turns a first call into structured findings ("where the capital is leaking").
- Drafting support for our Insights content, client communications and internal knowledge.
- An internal knowledge assistant built on our processes, templates, lender terms and playbooks.

Who We're Looking For:

- Solid prompt engineering skills and hands-on experience building with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
- A technical background (CS / engineering / data, or similar) and comfort with tools and automation.
- Working knowledge of finance, or genuine interest in learning corporate finance and banking quickly.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
