We are looking for a Junior AI Developer / AI Automation Developer to join our AI team and work directly with the AI Team Lead on real-world AI applications, automation systems, AI agents, API integrations, and internal tools.

This is a hands-on development role. You will not only use AI tools—you will be expected to write code, integrate APIs, debug applications, build workflows, and help turn AI ideas into working solutions.

The right candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, APIs, and Generative AI and be willing to learn new AI technologies quickly.

What You Will Do

- Develop AI-powered applications, tools, and automation workflows using Python.
- Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
- Build AI workflows, prompts, and tool-calling systems.
- Assist in developing AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs and REST APIs.
- Develop and modify backend APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Work with databases and structured/unstructured data.
- Build automation scripts and internal productivity tools.
- Test AI outputs and improve reliability, accuracy, and workflow performance.
- Debug and fix issues in existing AI applications.
- Assist the AI Team Lead with larger AI development projects.
- Research and experiment with new AI models, frameworks, APIs, and tools.
- Work with Git/GitHub for code management.
- Create basic technical documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate with developers and other teams to implement AI-based solutions.

Required Skills

Candidates should have

- Good working knowledge of Python.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Good debugging and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand existing code and make modifications.




- Ability to learn new AI frameworks and technologies quickly.
- Strong logical thinking and willingness to work on real development projects.

Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who has only used ChatGPT or other AI tools.

We are looking for someone who can write Python code, understand APIs, solve technical problems, and build working AI workflows.

Freshers with strong hands-on projects, internships, GitHub projects, or relevant development experience can apply.

Candidates with 6 Months –2 Years of experience are welcome.
