Job Summary

We are looking for an AI and Automation Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation solutions. A typical workflow in this role involves building web automation scripts to extract data, storing and managing that data in SQL databases, and then applying AI-driven analysis on top of it to generate insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python-based backend development, AI agent workflows, and web automation, with the ability to work across the full stack of data, APIs, and automation pipelines, along with a genuine passion for staying current with evolving AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and AI-driven applications using Python. Build and maintain APIs using FastAPI. Integrate and work with third-party APIs for data exchange and system integrations.

Develop and manage web automation scripts using Playwright (and Selenium where applicable) to extract data from web sources. Store, structure, and manage extracted data in SQL databases. Work with Pydantic AI for structured, type-secure AI application development.

Design and implement tool calling workflows for AI agents.

Integrate

OpenAI APIs to build AI-driven analysis and insights on top of collected data. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.



Apply data engineering principles for building reliable data pipelines.

Handle file and data management tasks across various formats and sources. Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents for business process automation. Maintain clean, version-controlled code using GitHub. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.

Debug, monitor, and optimize existing automation and AI systems for performance and reliability

- Strong proficiency in Python.

Experience with FastAPI for backend/API development. Working knowledge of integrating and consuming APIs. Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation. Working knowledge of Pydantic AI. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, data validation). Practical experience with tool calling in AI/LLM workflows.

Experience working with OpenAI API and similar LLM-based integrations for building AI-driven features. Strong skills in file and data management.

Experience with web automation tools and techniques. Familiarity with code versioning and maintenance using GitHub. Practical knowledge of building and deploying AI agents. Strong interest in AI and a habit of staying up to date with the latest AI tools, models, and technologies
