The role: Own the plant science behind the product: which seeds grow best, how the seed pods are made, and the lighting, watering and humidity 'recipes' that make every harvest suc ced.

What you

'

lldo:

- Plan and run germination and growth trials for 12+ microgreen varieties in o ur growlab.
- Develop and standardise seed pods: seed density, growing medium (cocopeat), fabric and s helflife.
- Create grow recipes (light hours, watering, humidity) per variety with the e ngi neerin team.




- Source quality seeds; set up seed testing (germination %, purity, contami n ation heck s).

What yu bring

- M.Sc Agriculture (Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Physiology, Seed S c ience orrelated).
- Hands-on experience running field or lab tr ial s and recoding data.
- Good Excel/data skills andclear writen English.
- Interest in technology an d working wih engineers.
