AGM – Purchase experienced in the Electrical Manufacturing Industry to join our team.

? Location: Lucknow

? Experience: 8+ Years

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / related Engineering discipline

? Railway Industry experience will be an added advantage*

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Purchase & Procurement function.

Develop strategic sourcing and procurement plans.

Handle procurement of electrical, mechanical, raw materials, and engineering components.

Manage vendor development, evaluation, and performance.

Lead price negotiation, cost reduction, and commercial discussions.

Ensure timely material availability as per production requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Stores, Finance,



and Projects teams.

Drive cost optimization and improve procurement processes.

- Lead and manage the Purchase team.

Candidate Profile:

✔️ 8+ years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience

✔️ Engineering background preferred

✔️ Solid experience in electrical/engineering manufacturing

✔️ Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills

✔️ Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage

✔️ Strong leadership and analytical skills
