Role Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will oversee day-to-day operations and business performance for OCMAN REALTY in the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role includes managing sales and marketing initiatives, supervising teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. The AGM will track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and support strategic planning to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

In addition, the role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, nurturing relationships with clients and partners,



and resolving operational issues to maintain smooth functioning of the division.
