Reporting- Administratively to Regional Head Mumbai; Functionally to Zonal HR Head Central Zone

Joining- Immediate / within 1 month preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Drive manpower planning and end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the Mumbai Region, including critical/project hiring and talent pipeline development Major Responsibility
- Partner with the Regional Head and project leaders on workforce planning, organisation structure and people-related business requirements.
- Lead and oversee HR operations across the Region, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, reviews, performance improvement and talent development.




- Identify and drive training, capability building and OD initiatives in line with business requirements.
- Ensure regular employee connect and engagement through interaction with employees and project teams.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, grievances and other people-related matters.
- Undertake regular site visits across Mumbai and locations in and around Mumbai to understand and address project HR requirements.
