Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):-

The Design Coordination is a senior leadership role responsible for orchestrating the design vision across all phases of hotel or mixed-use development projects. This role ensures seamless integration of architectural, interior, landscape, and engineering designs in alignment with brand standards, operational requirements, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a flair for design excellence. They act as the bridge between creative vision and execution, collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to deliver world-class hospitality environments.

- Design Strategy & Oversight Define and implement design strategies that align with brand identity, guest experience goals, and commercial objectives.

- Cross-Functional Coordination & Technical expertise into coordination between architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure enohesive design delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with ownership groups, operators,



and consultants to align design intent with operational and financial goals.

- Quality & Compliance Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, sustainability standards, and brand guidelines.

- Value Engineering & Optimization Drive design efficiency through cost-effective solutions without compromising aesthetics or functionality.

- Design Review & Approvals Conduct regular design reviews, manage approval workflows, and resolve design-related conflicts during pre-construction and execution phases.

- Innovation & Trends Stay abreast of global design trends, materials, and technologies to infuse innovation into projects.

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of construction processes, design documentation, and project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across geographies
