Agiloft Administrator & Configuration Specialist

nWe are looking for an experienced Agiloft Administrator & Configuration Specialist to support a global enterprise environment.

nResponsibilities

- Administer and configure Agiloft workflows, business rules, forms, fields, tables, permissions, and automations.
n
- Manage Jira tickets, support requests, and system enhancements.
n
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
- Support testing, deployments, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
n
- Perform reporting, data analysis, and SQL/MySQL queries.
n
- Support SOX, audit, and compliance activities.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams,



and vendors.
n

nRequirements

n

n
- Strong hands-on Agiloft administration/configuration experience.
n
- Experience with Jira and enterprise application support.
n
- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL.
n
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
n
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
