Role: Agent Implementation Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore , Chennai, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy AI agents using Google ADK, CrewAI, LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build RAG pipelines using grounding, hallucination mitigation, guardrails, embeddings, vector databases, MCP and function calling.
- Design multi-agent workflows for routing, planning, memory, tool execution and orchestration.
- Build event-driven state machines for long-running, multi-step reasoning, branching and context persistence.
- Create middleware controls for safety rules, policy checks and permission scope.
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, vector stores and enterprise applications, and implement testing, security, observability, CI/CD and monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–15 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Solid Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM and RAG implementation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK, GCP, Gemini, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph and CrewAI.
- Experience with REST APIs, vector databases, MCP, function calling, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Understanding of event-driven design, state management, grounding and guardrails.
