Role Description The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, responsible for building, managing, and growing the agency distribution channel. This role includes recruiting, onboarding, and training agency partners to drive life insurance sales in line with company goals and compliance standards.



The Manager will monitor performance metrics, support agency partners with sales planning, and conduct regular reviews to improve productivity and customer outcomes.

Day-to-day activities include field visits, joint calls with agency partners, coaching on product features and sales techniques, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for marketing support, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of the agency network.

Qualifications

- Strong agency management and sales leadership skills, including 2yr experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct training and performance reviews.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Comfort working in an on-site, field-oriented role with regular market visits and partner interactions in Trivandrum.
