Work Location: Mumbai(WFO)

Roles and responsibilities:

- As a Content QA professional, you may need to work across various communication channels, including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.

- Pay attention to both the finer details and the overall context, addressing even the smallest overlooked errors while respecting the original request and intended version.

- Verify the functionality of content URLs, greetings, and spacing.

- Assess the rendering of content across different devices, ensuring proper alignment and dynamic content display.

- Utilize your expertise in style guides and language syntax to rectify inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and design.

- Examine layout elements such as font size, fonts, buttons, and other design components.





- Conduct quality assurance testing for current or updated CMS templates, proofreading, and content management systems, as well as their supporting technologies.

- Ensure optimal customer experience by providing quality assurance for page content, checking if it meets content standards.

- Validate all page elements, including links, videos, images, and page layouts, to ensure proper display and functionality.

Work Experience:

- Preferred 1+ years of experience working with Adobe AEM QA/Web Development/Content Testing.

- Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Good knowledge of Defect Life Cycle.

- JIRA – Task/Defect Management/Issue Tracking/Documentation.HTML, CSS, JS
