Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Ads Specialist to manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns and drive online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ads across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
- Plan budgets, bids, keywords, targeting, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct keyword and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with E-commerce, Content, and Creative teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
Requirements
- 3+years of experience in E-commerce Ads / Marketplace Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Positive understanding of marketplace performance metrics.
- Data-driven approach with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Experience in D2C/FMCG/consumer brands is preferred
