Role Description The Advertisement Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing advertising opportunities across Enterr10’s television channels and digital platforms, including Dangal Play. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, presenting customized advertising solutions, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals.

The specialist will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams on campaign execution,



and monitor performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, tracking market trends, and contributing to business development strategies that drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven Sales capabilities with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Account Management expertise in maintaining client relationships and overseeing campaign delivery.
- Marketing knowledge to understand brand objectives and propose effective advertising solutions.
- Business Development skills for identifying recent opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Previous experience in media, television, or digital advertising sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales reports, and use CRM or sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams on-site in Mumbai.
