Full Stack Engineer:

- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Full Stack Engineer you will build features end to end — from React + TypeScript + Tailwind user interfaces, through production Python/FastAPI APIs, to the PostgreSQL and Redis data layer — with little supervision. You will write solid tests, take part in code reviews, and work closely with design and product to ship high-quality features, including backend services for AI workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Build features end to end across the UI, APIs and data layer with little supervision
- Develop frontend modules with React + TypeScript + Tailwind, including reusable components aligned to the design system
- Build robust API integrations on the frontend: contracts, caching/retries, session handling
- Implement production APIs in Python/FastAPI with versioning, pagination and error contracts; streaming via SSE/WebSocket
- Build and evolve data layers: Postgres/SQL schema design, indexing, query tuning and Redis caching
- Contribute to backend services for AI workflows: orchestration (state, retries, timeouts, idempotency), tool execution and retrieval pipelines
- Write solid tests: component tests with React Testing Library and Playwright E2E in CI, plus backend tests
- Participate in code reviews and maintain review discipline




- Improve reliability and performance: observability (logs/metrics/traces), profiling, incident fixes, Core Web Vitals
- Work with design and product to refine requirements and deliver polished, accessible UI

MUST-HAVE:

Frontend:

- Solid production experience with React + TypeScript (hooks, routing, React architecture)
- Tailwind CSS at scale — consistent patterns and reusable UI primitives
- Testing with React Testing Library, Jest/Vitest and Playwright E2E, integrated in CI
- State and caching with React Query/SWR and Zustand/Redux Toolkit
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Performance profiling and optimization experience (code-splitting, bundle analysis, Lighthouse)
- Deployment basics: Docker, env/config management, CI/CD collaboration.

Backend / Platform:

- Strong Python backend ownership (FastAPI preferred) and production API design: versioning, pagination, error contracts
- Streaming via SSE/WebSocket
- SQL/PostgreSQL: data modeling, schema design, indexing and query optimization; Redis caching
- Concurrency: asyncio, thread pools, process pools and their performance tradeoffs
- Distributed systems fundamentals: queues/workers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS), retries, backoff, DLQ, rate limiting, backpressure, circuit breaker
- Docker, deployment/operations basics and CI/CD.

Leadership & collaboration:

- Works independently and delivers features end to end with little supervision
- Constructive participant in code reviews
- Collaborates effectively with design and product
- Ownership of quality: testing, accessibility and production UI quality.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

- gRPC exposure, Kubernetes (K8s), Vector DB + reranking/hybrid search, OpenTelemetry and observability tooling (Datadog/Prometheus).
