Job Title: Adversarial Quality Engineer

We seek a creative problem-solver to design and mostly execute adversarial testing strategies for access control validation across a multi-application financial services environment for our IMT project. The resource will identify control weaknesses through unconventional testing approaches under aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute penetration-style test scenarios to identify access control vulnerabilities

Develop creative, non-standard testing methodologies to validate authorization logic

Execute rapid test cycles in iterative delivery environments

Document control gaps and unauthorized access pathways

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate control effectiveness

Required Skills

Security mindset – ability to think like an attacker and devise exploitation scenarios





Critical thinking & creativity – design novel test approaches for complex access control systems

Technical depth – robust understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access controls (RBAC), and data exposure risks

Adaptability – work effectively in iterative, fast-paced environments with shifting requirements

Agility under pressure – deliver high-quality test strategies on compressed timelines

Communication – clearly articulate control gaps and test findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Problem-solving – devise testing solutions for complex, multi-application ecosystems without standard playbooks
