Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Experience ingesting customer data into AEP from multiple enterprise systems including Web applications, CRM platforms, Marketo, Batch and Streaming pipelines, REST APIs
Experience building and supporting audience segmentation and activation use cases using RTCDP.
Solid understanding of customer identity resolution and profile management.
Experience with Java Script, HTML, browser debugging tools, and network analysis.
