Our client is a well-established player in the entertainment & media space, with a strong presence in the cinema industry and a growing business across advertising and commercial partnerships.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales who can drive revenue through Ad Sales, Space Selling and client/agency relationships.

? Key Responsibilities• Achieve assigned Ad Sales & Bulk Ticket Sales targets

- Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory revenue planning
- Build and manage robust relationships with clients and advertising agencies
- Drive space selling / advertising inventory sales
- Track market intelligence, competition and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize advertising inventory
- Manage client requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Drive collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare daily activity, MIS and market reports





? What We’re Looking For✔️ 5+ years of relevant sales experience

✔️ Experience in Print Media / Radio / Cinema / Advertising / Media Sales

✔️ Strong understanding of Space Selling / Ad Sales

✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔️ Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

✔️ Market research & competition tracking skills

✔️ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies

✔️ Client-focused, target-oriented and a strong team player
