Role Summary The Regional Admissions Manager will lead student recruitment and enrolment activities within an assigned territory, building relationships with schools, coaching institutes, parents, and prospective students to drive admissions targets for the university's various programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional student recruitment strategy to meet enrollment targets across UG, PG, and PhD programs.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching centers, and education consultants within the assigned region.

Organize and represent the university at school visits, education fairs, seminars, and counseling sessions.

Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, eligibility, fee structure, and scholarships.

Generate and convert leads through campus visits, tele-counseling, digital outreach, and walk-ins.





Co-ordinate with the central admissions office on application processing, documentation, and offer/enrollment follow through.

Track regional admission funnel data (inquiries, applications, conversions) and report performance against targets.

Coordinate travel, budget, and logistics for regional promotional.

Gather competitive intelligence on peer institutions and market trends in the assigned region.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.

3–7 years of experience in education admissions, student recruitment, sales, or business development (higher education sector strongly preferred).

Robust communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; fluency in

English and Hindi (regional language a plus).

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Target-driven with proven track record in lead conversion or sales.

Proficiency in lead management tools and MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
