IILM University Gurugram is looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our Admissions Team.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programs, eligibility, career opportunities, and the admission process.

Handle face-to-face counselling and campus walk-ins effectively.

Manage and convert leads through calls, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and parent interactions.

Achieve individual and team-wise admission targets.

Build and maintain robust relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/admission system.

Ensure a positive student experience from enquiry to enrolment.
