Dhaumya Education runs skilling programmes that prepare candidates for careers in healthcare. Our Healthcare Assistant programme is delivered at the RR College of Nursing campus in Gurugram, an institution with over 24 years in nurse education and 3,000+ alumni. Candidates train on campus and then move into jobs in hospitals, home care and elder care, with placement support through our employment partner Krinav.
The role
You will own admissions for the Healthcare Assistant programme. That means calling and counselling prospective students and their families, explaining the course, fees and career outcomes clearly and honestly, and converting enquiries into enrolments.
What you will do
- Call and follow up with leads from ads, referrals and outreach
- Counsel candidates and families on course structure, fees, financing options and job prospects
- Guide candidates through documentation and the admission process
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion records daily
- Coordinate with the academic team on batch starts and candidate onboarding
- Support campus visits and occasional outreach events
What we are looking for
- 1+ year in admissions counselling, tele-sales or inside sales (education or healthcare preferred)
- Fluent spoken Hindi and working English
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling objections
- Organised, honest and target-driven
- Graduate in any discipline
