EduDAG is hiring an Admissions Sales Counsellor for its new office in A Block, Vasant Kunj Enclave, New Delhi 110070. We help students explore education and admission options in India and abroad. This is a work-from-office role for someone who can guide prospective students and parents while following through on sales opportunities honestly and consistently.
What you'll do
- Speak with prospective students and parents, understand their goals and explain approved programme and admissions options clearly.
- Run counselling conversations, follow up with leads, and help move suitable students through the admissions process.
- Keep accurate lead notes and next steps in the team's CRM; work with the calling and applications teams.
What we're looking for
- Experience in admissions counselling, education sales or relevant consultative/inside sales preferred.
- Transparent Hindi and English communication,
good listening and follow-up, and comfort with CRM or lead tracking.
- Someone who can discuss options responsibly without promising guaranteed admission.
Location: Work from office, A Block, Vasant Kunj Enclave, New Delhi 110070.
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Pay: ₹30,000 fixed per month; ₹35,000-₹40,000 fixed may be considered for a strong candidate, based on experience and fit. Performance incentives are available weekly, monthly and quarterly. Incentive criteria and payout terms will be explained during the hiring process.
