ADMISSION MANAGER (OUTREACH)

Locations: Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand & North East

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage admission outreach activities across the assigned region.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, counsellors and other education partners.
- Plan and execute seminars, career counselling sessions, school visits and admission campaigns.
- Generate admission leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Manage and guide the outreach/admission team in the assigned territory.
- Track targets, daily activities, leads and admissions through regular MIS/reporting.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region for institutional tie-ups and outreach activities.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Education or a related field.




- 3–7 years of experience in admissions, education sales, outreach, counselling or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned locations.
- Candidates with solid contacts/network in the education sector will be preferred.
