We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join Ananya International School.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins and other communication channels.

•⁠ ⁠Counsel parents and provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities and admission process.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct campus tours and assist parents throughout the admission process.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain admission records, enquiry databases and daily reports.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in organising admission events and promotional activities.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counselling or sales.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Good convincing and follow-up skills.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

•⁠ ⁠A positive attitude and a qualified approach towards parents.
