About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to handle student inquiries and drive admissions for various online degree and certification programs offered by reputed universities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding online courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, duration, and specialization options.
- Handle admissions for MBA/PGDM.
- Handle admissions for UG/PG courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until admission is successfully completed.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the admission/operations team for document verification and enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Online Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in selling online MBA/PGDM programs will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid follow-up and lead conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of online education and admission processes.
- Comfortable working with CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and other online tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for full-time employment.
- Willingness to work in target-driven environment.
- Reside in Gurugram or relocate in Gurugram.
- Ability to commence employment within 1 month.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions counselling of MBA/ PGDM
- Working Days: 6 Day (Sunday fixed off)
- Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
