We are looking for a confident, warm and student-focused Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents and to support them throughout the admission journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle parent enquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails and social media.
- Provide information about the school, curriculum, facilities and admission process.
- Conduct school/campus tours and presentations.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility and fee structure.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate admission records and lead data.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
- Support admission events, open days and promotional activities.
- Work towards admission targets and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in school admissions/admission counselling preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in handling parents and students.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive and organized approach.
Preferred
- Prior experience in a K-12 / International School environment.
- Candidates residing in or around the school location preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
