We are looking for a Telephonic Admission Counsellor to handle admission-related enquiries and guide prospective parents/students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Call parents and students who have shown interest in the school and its admission programs.

Understand their requirements, preferences, and admission needs.

Provide basic information about the school, courses, facilities, fees, and admission process.

Answer questions and address basic concerns professionally.

Follow up with interested parents and students regularly.

Schedule counselling sessions, school visits, or appointments with the concerned school team.

Coordinate communication between parents/students and the school.

Send reminders for scheduled calls, meetings, or visits.

Make follow-up calls after counselling sessions or school visits.

Collect feedback from parents and students.





Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and admission status.

Ensure every enquiry is followed up properly and no lead is missed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Confident and polite telephone communication.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

Good listening and counselling skills.

Ability to understand parents' requirements and provide appropriate information.

- Prior experience in admission counselling, telecalling, tele-sales, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome to apply.
