Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur at Pilot Training Academy - Top Crew Aviation. In this role, the counsellor guides prospective students and their families through the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, providing accurate information about courses, training locations, eligibility, fees, and career pathways in aviation. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries; conducting counseling sessions; maintaining applicant records; and following up with leads to support conversion into admissions.

The counsellor collaborates with the training and marketing teams to support admission campaigns, participates in education fairs or information sessions,



and ensures a positive, professional experience for all prospective students. The role requires consistent on-site presence to meet applicants, coordinate with internal teams, and uphold the academy’s student-first standards.

Qualifications

- 1-3 Years of experience required in sales
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to counsel prospective students and interact with families and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver a helpful, respectful, and responsive experience to all inquiries and applicants.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to manage leads, explain program benefits clearly, and support conversion of inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills and an interest in academic counseling, ideally with knowledge of aviation or professional training programs.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, Aviation Management, or related fields) and prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student-facing roles.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, solid organizational and record-keeping abilities, fluency in English and Hindi, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
