nKey Responsibilities

- Counsel parents on the school's philosophy, curriculum, and learning setting
n
- Meet defined admission targets by converting qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions while maintaining ethical counselling practices
n
- Build meaningful relationships to support confident admission decisions
n
- Collaborate with internal teams on enrolment initiatives
n
- Conceptualise, curate, and organise admissions and marketing events independently for measurable outcomes
n
- Maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups
n
- Develop and manage a high-quality admissions pipeline through strategic outreach
n
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective families and articulate the school's vision
n




- Conceptualise and lead admissions-focused events and institutional marketing initiatives
n
- Drive admission targets with integrity, transparency and professional excellence
n
- Ensure meticulous documentation, timely follow-ups and accurate record management
n

nThe Ideal Candidate:

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
n
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in admissions, marketing or client relationship management
n
- Prior experience in the education sector will be viewed favourably
n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities
n
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing will be an added advantage
