CORE Institute is looking for a motivated and student-focused Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.

Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.

- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

- Handle enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Explain course details, fees, schedules, eligibility, and other relevant information.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams when required.

- Participate in seminars, educational events,



and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Prior experience in counselling, education, admissions, telecalling, or sales is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
