Job Responsibilities

Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Understand the Cambridge student's curriculum, grade, subjects, academic performance, exam timeline, and learning requirements.

Conduct structured counselling sessions with parents and students.

Explain Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB requirements in simple terms.

Recommend suitable programs based on student needs.

Manage the Cambridge admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.

Follow up consistently with qualified leads.

Handle objections related to fees, timing, program suitability, and competition.

Coordinate trial classes and academic assessments.

Communicate academic feedback professionally to parents.

Maintain accurate CRM records and Cambridge admissions reports.

Coordinate with academic teams for student-program matching.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Experience in university admissions, student counselling, education consulting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UK university admissions and the UCAS application process.
- Familiarity with Cambridge undergraduate admissions is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Ability to work with students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple students, applications, and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
