Job Summary

Job Title: Network Engineer (Routing, Switching & Automation)\\r\\nJob Summary\\r\\nWe are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with solid expertise in Routing and Switching technologies and hands-on experience in Network Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure while driving automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.\\r\\nKey Responsibilities\\r\\n• Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.\\r\\n• Manage and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networking environments.\\r\\n• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.\\r\\n• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve network issues.\\r\\n• Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, and performance optimization.\\r\\n• Implement and maintain network security standards and best practices.\\r\\n• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.\\r\\n• Automate network provisioning, configuration management, and compliance checks.\\r\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and cloud networking requirements.\\r\\n• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.\\r\\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\\r\\nNetworking Expertise\\r\\n• Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.\\r\\n• Expert-level experience with: \\r\\no Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS\\r\\no Switching Technologies: VLANs, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VTP\\r\\no High Availability: HSRP, VRRP, GLBP\\r\\no MPLS, VPN, QoS, Multicast\\r\\no TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,



NAT\\r\\n• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent networking platforms.\\r\\nNetwork Automation\\r\\n• Experience in network automation using: \\r\\no Python\\r\\no Ansible\\r\\no REST APIs\\r\\no Netmiko, NAPALM, Paramiko\\r\\no Git/GitHub or GitLab\\r\\n• Ability to develop scripts and automation workflows for network configuration, monitoring, and compliance.\\r\\n• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.\\r\\nCloud & Monitoring\\r\\n• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts in Azure, AWS, or GCP.\\r\\n• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, LogicMonitor, or ThousandEyes.\\r\\nExperience\\r\\n• 5 years of experience in Network Engineering.\\r\\n• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Network Automation.\\r\\n• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.\\r\\nPreferred Certifications\\r\\n• CCNP Enterprise (Required/Preferred)\\r\\n• CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (Preferred)\\r\\n• JNCIP/JNCIE\\r\\n• DevNet Associate/Professional\\r\\n• AWS Advanced Networking Specialty or Azure Network Engineer Associate\\r\\nDesired Competencies\\r\\n• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\\r\\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\\r\\n• Ability to work independently and within global teams.\\r\\n• Experience in ITIL-based support environments.\\r\\n• Strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.\\r\\nNice to Have\\r\\n• SD-WAN implementation experience.\\r\\n• Data Center networking (ACI, VXLAN, EVPN).\\r\\n• Network Security knowledge (Firewalls, IPS/IDS, NAC).\\r\\n• Scripting experience in Python for large-scale network operations.\\r\\n\\r\\n
