Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for storage provisioning, performance monitoring, capacity planning, troubleshooting, backup integration, and ensuring high availability of storage systems supporting critical business applications.

Administer and manage enterprise storage platforms such as Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE 3PAR/Primera, IBM Storage, Pure Storage, or similar technologies.Provision, allocate, and decommission storage volumes, LUNs, file shares, and storage pools.Monitor storage performance, capacity utilization, and system health.Perform storage migrations, upgrades, firmware updates, and platform refresh activities.Configure and manage SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) environments.Troubleshoot storage-related issues including latency, performance bottlenecks, connectivity failures, and replication issues.Implement and maintain storage replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.Collaborate with server, virtualization, database, backup, and network teams for infrastructure support.Support VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud-integrated storage environments.Maintain storage documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.Participate in production support, incident management, problem management,



and change management processes.Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data retention requirements.
