Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university; Master’s degree or a background in education, communication or business administration preferred.
- Fluency in Tamil and English, with working knowledge of Hindi and Telugu, is essential.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for prospective students and parents — walk-in, telephone, e-mail and portal
- Counsel applicants on programmes, eligibility, fee structure, documentation and deadlines
- Own every assigned lead from enquiry to enrolment and close it with a recorded outcome
- Conduct outreach visits to partner and affiliated schools and present to Class XI and XII students
- Represent the Campus at education fairs, and coordinate campus visits and information sessions
- Process admission documentation, verification and correspondence within stipulated timelines
- Maintain the admission MIS and submit periodic enquiry, conversion and outreach reports
- Coordinate with academic departments, examinations, hostel and accounts to close admission formalities Skill Sets:




- CRM / admission portal operations and lead tracking
- MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; MIS and dashboard reporting
- Counselling and presentation skills before student and parent audiences
- Persistence in follow-up and disciplined closure of open leads
- Accuracy in records and documentation; confidentiality of applicant data
- Willingness to travel and to work extended hours during peak admission season
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion against assigned target
- First response within 24 hours; nil pending leads at the close of the admission cycle
- Schools visited and students reached against the outreach plan
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS, applicant records and reports
- Applicant and parent feedback on the admission experience
- Location: Chennai, with travel across Tamil Nadu and other States for outreach
