Role & responsibilities

ADL Chemist will be responsible for conducting analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per approved specifications and methods.

Perform routine analysis using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and other laboratory equipment.

Prepare samples, reagents, mobile phases, and standard solutions accurately and safely.

Ensure all analytical activities are performed in compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Record test results and observations accurately in laboratory worksheets, logbooks, and relevant systems.

Review analytical data and ensure results meet established quality standards and specifications.

Perform calibration, verification, and basic maintenance of laboratory instruments as required.

Investigate OOS,



OOT, deviations, and other laboratory-related discrepancies in coordination with QA.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity in all analytical activities.

Support method validation, method transfer, stability studies, and analytical method development activities when required.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the laboratory.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and other departments for timely completion of testing activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
