The Receivables Executive will be responsible for end-to-end receivables accounting, collections, reporting, and compliance, with a robust focus on DSO reduction, debtor hygiene, GST accuracy, bank guarantees, TDS receivables, and ECL provisioning, while supporting month-end and year-end closures. Monitor treasury operations, banking activities, hedging documentation, cashflow forecasting, and working-capital managementTrack customer bank guarantees, LC, and other security instruments.
Monitor validity, renewals, and invocation status.Maintain proper documentation and registers for BGs and securities.Support day-to-day treasury accounting, including fund movements and cash postings.Prepare short-term and rolling cashflow forecasts.Track actual cashflows vs forecasts and highlight variances.Ensure proper accounting of interest, bank charges, and treasury-related entries.
