Role Description The Accounts Receivable Executive is a full-time role responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for India. Daily responsibilities include generating and processing customer invoices, managing collections, following up on outstanding receivables, applying customer payments, and performing account reconciliations. The role involves conducting aging analysis, resolving billing disputes and payment discrepancies,



and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely collections.

The Accounts Receivable

Executive will also monitor AR performance, support cash flow optimization, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and contribute to AI-driven finance transformation and digital finance initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliation, aging analysis, and dispute resolution.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Indian accounting principles and financial processes.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Candidates should possess an interest in process improvement, AR automation, AI-driven finance transformation, and digital finance initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely completion of Accounts Receivable activities is required.
